1. NUGT, SLV and UGLD are attempting to bottom out in this area.
2. RGLD is at the average oversold level.
3. Z is moderately oversold.
4. NCR is up against the 28 day.
5. RAIL is moderately overbought.
6. PTEN is at the average overbought level.
7. OIL, TKR, USO and XLE are a bit toppy here.
8. Anything posted may be off base.
