Evening Update 10-3-2016.

1. MAT and UGLD are moderately oversold.
2. EGPT and QVCA are up against the 28 day.
3. CREE, TKR and XLE are moderately overbought.
4. WOR is a bit toppy here.
5. CVY, CWI, EFV, EWI, FB, FEU, FNDF, FXI, SCHB and $SPX are setting up to break out in either direction.
6. Anything posted may be off base.
