2. $SILVER is possibly forming a bottom here.
3. CAR, GLDI, $GOLD, JNUG, $PLAT, PTM and RGLD are attempting to bottom out in this area.
4. SHAK is at the average oversold area.
5. AXP and T are moderately oversold.
6. PYPL is attempting to hold the 28 day.
7. CSL, LPL and M are moderately overbought.
8. SMH is at the average overbought level.
9. AVP, C and CTB are a bit toppy here.
10. CWI, SFTBY, $SPX and STMP are setting up to break out in either direction.
