4. BMY is extremely oversold.
5. DRI is moderately oversold.
6. CLF and FB are attempting to hold the 28 day.
7. COH is up against the 28 day.
8. CAT, CSIQ, $FTSE, $GASO, IYE, NOV, $WTIC and $XOI are moderately overbought.
9. FXI, IJR, IWM and $USD are setting up to break out either up or down.
