Evening Update 9-28-2016.

1. LEN and MOS are possibly forming a bottom here.
2. JNUG, NUGT and PHI are trying to bottom out in this area.
3. RGLD and SLW are trying to hold rising trend line support.
4. OIL is up against falling trend line resistance.
5. QVCA is up against the 28 day.
6. Q and STX are a bit toppy here.
7. Anything posted here may be off base, depending on market conditions.
