Signals: Morning Update August 25, 2017.

For those of you who have inquired, the "Yi" is my own proprietary overbought/oversold indicator. A +10 reading generally indicates we are overbought in the overall market, and -4 or a -5 reading is telling us the market is a bit oversold. The "zero line" in between the plus and minus readings will sometimes act as an area of support or resistance, so I tend to keep an eye on that level also. A reading of +20 is extremely overbought, and a -10 indicates the market is extremely oversold.

Morning Update August 25, 2017.

Yi: 11.9
BBGI, DBA, HAS and HSNI are possibly forming a bottom.
COH, CSIQ, WEAT, $UST3M and Z are attempting to bottom out.
SNA is average oversold.
AU and MTH are moderately oversold.
TWTR is up against the 28 DMA.
NUS and WOR are up against the 65 DMA.
ANF, AMTD, $DJW and MCHP are up against falling trend line resistance.
BBY, FXI, PEGI, SNAP and WDC are moderately overbought.
AA, BABA, EQIX and PEG are average overbought.
JJN is extremely overbought.
DYN, PPG and TGS are possibly topping out.
AMAT, APD, LL, SMG and UUP are setting up to break out up or down.
Anything posted here may be off base.
