2. CIEN and DUST are attempting to bottom out.
3. $COPPER, NOV and NTES are moderately oversold.
4. HBI is up against falling trend line resistance.
5. AGQ, DBP, GLDI, IAU, IDA, NUGT, PMPIX, SIVR, SLV, SLV, UGLD and VOX are moderately overbought.
6. BBRY, GFI, RGLD and TGS are at the average overbought level.
7. ASA, $DJGSP, GDX, PEGI, PHI and SHLD are toppy.
8. MED is setting up to break out either up or down.
