3. RAIL is at the average oversold level.
4. DBC, DBP, $GASO, MED, OIL, SPWR, TSLA, USL, USO and $WTIC are moderately oversold.
5. BA is attempting to hold the 65 DMA.
6. $USD is attempting to hold the 28 day.
7. NOK is up against rising trend line resistance.
8. CNK, COH, MSI, MTH, Q and SHLD are moderately overbought.
9. MKC is at the average overbought level.
10. LEN is possibly forming a top at this level.
