1. DF, NUS and Q are moderately oversold.
2. TSLA is attempting to hold rising trend line support.
3. TKR is attempting to hold the 28 DMA.
4. QCOM is up against the 28 DMA.
5. DPS, PAYX, PEP, PYPL, and TSM are moderately overbought.
6. NTES is at the average overbought level.
7. EWI is a bit toppy here.
8. OIL and USO are setting up to break out either up or down.
9. Anything posted here may be off base.
