Early Morning Update 12-28-2016.

1. CEF, DBP, $GOLD, JNUG, NUGT, RGLD, $SILVER, SLV, SLW, SPWR and UGLD are possibly forming a bottom at this level.
2. FB, FXI, HSNI, JCP and WOR are attempting to bottom out in this area. 
3. AVP, CNK, MTH and SEE are moderately oversold.
4. CAKE and LOW are attempting to hold the 28 DMA.
5. VOX is a bit toppy here.
6. T is possibly forming a top at this level.
7. PHI and SU are setting up to break out either up or down.
8. Anything posted here may be off base.
