1. CREE, NOK, OIL, PHI, SPWR and USO are possibly forming a bottom in this area.
2. BGS, COST, EBAY, GPC, PAYX and YYY are attempting to bottom out in this area.
3. CSIQ, EGPT and HNSI are at the average oversold level.
4. DBC, GDDY and NUS are moderately oversold.
