S&O's based on the July 25, 2007 close.

  1. YI: +0.5 (It is amazing how many times the market bounces off the "YI zero level", and of course, it did so again yesterday. Having said that, I am still leaning towrad the bearish side longer term, at least until we get a much deeper YI oversold condition going, like -3, -4, or even some -5's in the mix.)
  2. To a buy: NFI and the XAU hourly at 3 PM yesterday.
  3. Trying to bottom out now: CBK, CFC, MER, and NST
  4. Extremely oversold: JWN
  5. Standard oversold: ACAS, ACF, the BKX index, MDC, and MTH
  6. Moderately oversold: ADP, APPB, the E-Mini 500, DVY, ELN, EWI, EWQ, GYMB, IWM, JNJ, LUFK, MEOH, NSM, NTES, and PDA
  7. Trying to hold some rising trend line support: AA, ARM, BMS, BVN, CAT, CLF, CSL, EOG, GF, GLD, GLW, IDU, IRF, JPM, NBR, NTES, the OEX index, OGE, PEG, PHG, Q, and the YI.
  8. Trying to hold falling trend line support: AIG, the DRG index, EON, EWD, FDP, KMX, LSI, MCD, PXD, and QLGC
  9. Attempting to hold the 28 DMA here: AMN, ASA, BGF, BMY, CDE, CMI, COP, CREE, CY, DELL, the DJ-30, EWC, FRO, GR, the IIX index, IYM, KEY, LRW, MCRS, MTU, NVLS, PDE, RADN, and ROK
  10. Trying to break above some falling trend line resistance: MTU and NEM
  11. Moderately overbought now: MRK
  12. Toppy here: KEP
  13. Going parabolic: BA
  14. A break out in either direction is on the way for: INTU
